Once again, ARP passed its annual ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 audit with zero nonconformities — continuing a long tradition of certified quality and responsibility.
At ARP, quality and responsibility are built into every stage of our production. This September, our systems once again passed the international ISO surveillance audit with zero nonconformities — clear proof that our processes meet the highest global standards.
The audit was conducted by Dedal – Attestation and Certification Ltd., accredited by the Executive Agency “Bulgarian Accreditation Service” as a management systems certification body.
For over seven years our Quality Management System has been certified to ISO 9001, and for four years our Environmental Management System has been certified to ISO 14001. These standards are not one-time achievements, but ongoing commitments, reaffirmed each year by independent auditors.
The audit confirmed the strengths of our production:
- Leadership commitment: clear policies, resources, and vision for quality and sustainability.
- Skilled people: continuous training ensures competence and awareness across our teams.
- Advanced technology: automated lines, precision equipment, and strict maintenance programmes.
- Traceability and control: every material, every process, every door tracked for consistency.
- Environmental care: solar energy, waste separation, recycling partnerships, and safe handling of resources.
- Continuous improvement: from risk assessments to innovations like automated welding, we keep refining our processes.
These systems ensure that every ARP fire-resistant and multifunctional steel door is produced with consistency, safety, and respect for the environment..
With more than three decades of history and long-standing certification, ARP stands as a responsible producer that customers across the European Union can trust to meet EU standards.
