From 11 to 15 January 2027, ARP OOD will once again exhibit at BAU in Munich – the world’s leading trade fair for architecture, materials and systems. We look forward to returning to Messe München, where we will present our steel door solutions and meet partners, customers and construction industry professionals from across Europe in person.
Why is BAU so important?
Held every two years in Munich, BAU is one of the most important international events for the construction industry, bringing together manufacturers, architects, planners, engineers, contractors and other professionals from around the world.
For five days, the exhibition becomes a platform for presenting new products, technologies and ideas, giving industry professionals the opportunity to discover new solutions, exchange expertise and discuss the evolving requirements of the construction market.
For ARP, BAU is an opportunity to present our company, products and development to an international professional audience and to meet both long-standing partners and new potential customers.
What can you expect from ARP at BAU 2027?
At BAU 2027, we will present ARP’s solutions for fire-resistant, smoke-control and multipurpose steel doors, developed and manufactured in Bulgaria for projects across the European market.
Since our last participation in Munich, we have expanded the technical documentation and certification supporting the use of our products throughout Europe. Among the latest developments are ARP’s Company EPD for fire-resistant and smoke-control steel doors and Model EPD for external steel doors, issued by ift Rosenheim, as well as our expanding range of national technical approvals for internal fire-resistant doors.
Over the past two years, ARP doors have also been installed in a number of significant projects across Bulgaria and Europe, including airports, data centres, manufacturing and pharmaceutical facilities, hospitals, public buildings and commercial developments.
In Bulgaria, one of our most significant projects is Sky Fort in Sofia, alongside projects for major public buildings.
Across the rest of Europe, ARP has supplied projects including the new Kastelli International Airport on the island of Crete, the Jaguar Land Rover plant in Nitra, Slovakia, as well as data centres in Vienna, Milan and Helsinki and in the area of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.
In Ireland, our doors have been installed at facilities operated by Medtronic, AstraZeneca, SK Biotek, West Pharmaceutical Services and PepsiCo, while in Slovakia our portfolio includes projects for Samsung and the NÚSCH, AGEL Levice and Poprad hospitals. Other projects from the past two years include Academia Budapest in Hungary, Kykkos High School in Cyprus and Hotel Brauneck Lenggries in Germany, alongside other industrial, public and commercial projects across Europe.
At BAU 2027, visitors will be able to explore our solutions up close, learn more about the available configurations and applications, and discover the experience we have gained from delivering projects with a wide range of technical requirements across Europe. The ARP team will be available to discuss specific project requirements and how this experience can be applied to future projects and new markets.
Who are we looking forward to meeting?
ARP works with customers and partners throughout Europe, and much of our day-to-day communication naturally takes place remotely. BAU gives us the opportunity to meet face to face with the people we work with throughout the year – to exchange news, discuss upcoming projects and explore opportunities for future cooperation.
