The Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) is an internationally recognized document that provides clear and verified information about a product’s environmental impact throughout its entire life cycle. Based on a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), the EPD measures key factors such as energy consumption, emissions, and resource usage—from raw material extraction to disposal. By obtaining an EPD, we will reaffirm our dedication to sustainable production and provide our customers with confidence that our products meet high environmental standards.
Our Doors Are Ready for EPD Certification
Our doors are already prepared for EPD certification—all our suppliers of materials and accessories are already EPD-certified. This means that every component used in our fireproof and multipurpose steel doors has undergone a rigorous environmental impact assessment. These materials are non-hazardous and fully recyclable, ensuring that our products not only meet sustainability standards but also contribute to a circular economy.
Furthermore, in 2023, we took significant steps towards sustainable production by switching our production line to solar energy and implementing Environmental Management Systems in compliance with ISO 14001:2015.
